What should I do if the size on the tag is different from what I ordered?
The size shown on our website is converted into international size standards before products are put on sale, which is standard practice. Therefore, if the size you receive differs from what is shown on the website, don't worry. The size we sent is correct. Try it on first to see how it fits. If it doesn’t fit well, you can definitely return it. (Please check our return policy for details.)

Why is the color of the received clothing slightly different from what I saw online?
Due to differences in camera angles and lighting, there might be a slight color variation. We hope you understand. If the color difference does not affect your overall enjoyment of the item, we hope you will keep it. We will provide a promotional code as compensation for your future purchase. However, we will strive to minimize this issue in the future.

Why was my order canceled?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the item you ordered unexpectedly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise that these cases are rare. However, if an item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours regarding the cancellation. If your order includes other items, those will still be shipped to you, and the unavailable item will be removed for a refund.

How can I change something on my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're fast!). Once the parcel has been processed and shipped to the post office, we won't be able to make any changes.
