SANHOO Refund & Return Policy

 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• You must submit your request within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items / clearance / special promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

 2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate your request:

1. Email us at service@sanhoostudio.com
2. Include the following details:
   • Order number
   • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
   • Reason for return
   • Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.
Please do NOT return any items before contacting us, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Processing time after receiving the return: 3–5 business days.

 3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The defect or issue
• The entire product
• The package and shipping label

Once verified, we will provide one of the following solutions:

1. Free replacement (no need to return the defective item in most cases)
2. Full refund to your original payment method

We prioritize resolving all quality-related issues as quickly as possible.

 4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale / promotional items
• Items worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Items returned without prior approval
• Accessories or free gifts
• Final-sale items marked as non-returnable

 5. Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds typically take 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
• You will receive a refund confirmation email once processed

 6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before shipping or production begins for a full refund
• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
• For cancellation requests, contact us immediately at service@sanhoostudio.com

 7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
4. If still unresolved, contact us at service@sanhoostudio.com

We will assist you as soon as possible.

 8. Important Notes

• Return shipping fees (international) are paid by the customer
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns
• Packages lost during return shipping (not delivered to us) cannot be refunded
• Unauthorized returns or packages sent to the wrong address will not be processed
